On March 29-April 2, 2021 the Solver Laos under the Redlipstik initiative provided a start a business course for people with physical impaired to help them boost confidence and see alternative employment opportunities. 12 participants have indeed inspired us to do more, and the ladies under the Redlipstik umbrella will continue to contribute to social development in the country. Organizational Capacity Assessment

On August 3, 2021 The Solver Laos conducted an organizational capacity assessment workshop in aim of identifying key areas of improvements for 8 organizations/associations that work with people’s with disabilities under the support of Humanity & Inclusion Office in Laos and Association for Autism

In December 2022, The Solver Laos organized Job Preparedness Workshop aiming to provide knowledge, skills and job linkage service to 40 people living with disabilities. The highlight of the event was about bringing potentials employers to meet with PWDs.
