Workshop/Conference Facilitation

Project evaluation: visiting motorbike repair shop run by youth who benefited from the Vocational Technical Education and Employment Support project-SDC-Swiss Contact in Saravan Province.
Training: Rural Youth Entrepreneurship & Employment with Helvetas/SDC/Lao Youth Union. Over 100 youths were trained by us on how to start a micro-enterprise by equipping themselves with technical and business skills. JAO provides free services on job matching, job search, career planning, career counselling, training on CV writing and job readiness skills for unemployed youths, PWD, LGBTQ and general unemployed population who are actively seeking employment.
